Hello everyone!
WACPC conference dates are fast approaching! I will be giving registration forms to the varsity tonight at St. John's and to Becky and Mikayla on Tuesday. The registration fee of $50 will be due to me (please make checks payable to Darcy Rahjes) by Thursday September 24 - the registration must be received by WACPC before October 2 or there is a late fee tacked on.
I will be making room reservations soon also. I will then know what the rooms cost per captain/cheerleader. I will need that $ by October 6th. Last year it was $20-25 and included a pass to the water park at Chula Vista...the rooms are really nice there!
I know that a couple of moms expressed interest in going along and being 'dorm moms' for the night. Please let me know for sure if you are still interested by September 24.
The dates for the conference are October 17 & 18-Chula Vista-Wisconsin Dells
We will go to church after practice together at Faith on October 15th at 6:30 p.m.
Registration time for conference is about 8:30- we will need help with transporation. I must go to the Dells on Friday the 16th b/c I am on the board and have a job to do, so I will be able to transport 3 people home if needed, but not to the conference.
